Please Note- Student Team Registration opens November 1, 2024 or after their class pitch and high ranking teams at each school have been determined. Educators will register their student teams that will be attending.

JA E2 is an incredible program opportunity for students to have the Austin entrepreneur experience while networking with inspiring and diverse professional role models, empowering them with self-confidence in their own abilities. E2 is designed to empower students to discover their future potential, continue developing their entrepreneurial mindset, meet new people, and build confidence while having fun!

The JA E2 experience kicks off in the classroom with JA It's My Business!® or JA Be Entrepreneurial® These programs introduce students to the process of design thinking as a problem- solving process and provides an authentic entrepreneurial experience for students with each session building toward a pitch competition.

On the day of the JA E2 field trip- Students are paired with mentors to help refine their presentation, practices public speaking, etc. The day concludes with a pitch competition and awards ceremony.

What: Students will continue their entrepreneurship and leadership journey working with coaches to perfect their pitch for the pitch competition.

FYI: Students need to share their pitch presentations to programs@jacentex.org via google docs by Friday, November 15th. At the competition they can work on them live through google and all will be cued from their slot to pitch. Please have your students bring their computers or Chromebooks to E2 so they can work and make updates with their pitch coaches.

Dress: Business Casual or elevated casual. We would like them to dress as best as they can for a professional setting.

Parking:

Cars- If students are driving they will need to send their vehicle information so that St. Eds can prevent them from being ticketed (make, model, color, license plate #).
Busses- There will be parking in the back of their large parking lot. Detailed map to come.
