Volunteer Shifts and Descriptions

Set-up registration tables, linens, centerpieces, gift bags, etc… Set up easels with signage, and step and repeat backdrop.

Check in with Volunteer leads for any needs prior and during the event.

Position in parking areas to direct attendees to greeters by the event entrance.

Greeters position themselves by the entrance and in the front of registration to help move along. Greet and thank attendees then direct them to head to registration.

Connect with Suzannah at the registration table to check in attendees. Help with check in, give them their name tags, etc…, and direct them to the ushers.

Assist in showing the guest how to use and send to themselves.

Assist in directing attendees to the program space, their tables and/or answering event questions? Restroom locations, buffet, selfie station, etc…

Break down step and repeat, registration table, items left on tables, and load in cars.
