2024 Recap

JA F.E.M. Forum (Financial Equity Mission) is JA of Central Texas’s lunch event to celebrate and empower women of all ages through:

Each year we focus on different topics around financial gender inequities. Past years have included knowing your value and how to monetize it, growing wealth and long term planning, entrepreneurial equity, and ramifications of bias.

This year, we are exploring careers where women are underrepresented and the financial implications and outcomes of that inequity. Career examples include but not limited to: technology, finance, entrepreneurship, engineering, and science.

Because of our generous partners, we invite young women from high school, at no cost to them or their schools, to join the conversation and participate in a mentoring session with professional attendees.

**Please note: Attendees are mixed genders. All are welcome.**
