On November 10 JA worked with Dr. Dovie Williams and 9 first grade through fifth grade teachers at Jubilee Academy - Wells Branch to bring 17 JA trained volunteers from the community into the classroom to lead the JA curriculum and share their stories and professional experiences which plant seeds of curiosity and ambition, impacting over 175 students.
It was a pleasure to have JA and the volunteers on campus to spend the day with our students and expose them to wonderful and necessary financial, career and college material. Thank you, Dr. Dovie Williams, GearUp site coordinator
